Your work also helps ensure that vital medicines reach patients on time and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors. As an Operations Specialist - Road Logistics (m/f/d), you will be responsible for handling road import orders from A to Z. This includes close monitoring of operational records in our operating system, accurate preparation of all order documentation, and providing excellent service to customers throughout the forwarding process. You will also actively work on optimizing the productivity and service level for our customers.

How you create impact

1. Plan and coordinate daily tasks independently, taking full ownership of your assigned operational accounts.
2. Advise and support customers on shipment status, customs clearances, arrivals, and deliveries.
3. Manage operational files and handle shipments from start to finish, including documentation and delivery notices.
4. Coordinate with shipping agents, freight carriers, and international partners; handle escalations as needed.
5. Monitor and control freight charges and related costs; perform rate inquiries and calculations to ensure accurate billing.
6. Process digital orders, plan delivery schedules, and optimize transport routes for efficiency.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and international offices to ensure the exchange of accurate and timely information.
8. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain compliance with Road Logistics KPIs and data quality standards.

What we would like you to bring

1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation (or similar), or equivalent experience as a Road Logistics Operator.
2. At least 4 years of professional experience in the logistics industry.
3. Solid knowledge of import procedures and
   -
   - truckload (LTL) operations.
4. Strong customer orientation with excellent planning and organizational skills.
5. Positive attitude with a proactive and
   - focused mindset; resilient under challenging situations.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
7. Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
