THE ROLE
As an Operations Specialist part of our West Europe regional team, you'll focus on executing regional processes and managing a set of our local depots and their respective local teams. You will be focused on executing daily operations to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency of your region.

- end processes that support these objectives, including real estate expansion projects, property management, health and safety compliance, and procuring a network of partners that complement our resources.
Reporting directly to the West Europe Regional Operations Director, you will play an essential role in executing our operations. Coordination with your team members and local operations will be key, and your actions will directly impact results.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to your region
- Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results
- Serve as the regional point of contact and maintain ongoing relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure daily operations, assessing quality and throughput according to standards (real estate, laundry, gas, cleaning services)
- Execute regional stock replenishment procedures
- Understand and contribute to the evolution of real estate standards, ensuring facilities enable local operations to excel and are compliant with health and safety norms
- Procure and negotiate with suppliers as needed
- Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and supplier negotiations
- Contribute to achieving efficiency targets in your region
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Background in Engineering, Business, or similar fields
- At least 2+ years of experience in procurement, ideally in the automotive industry or real estate
- Proactive, with a strong initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows
- Organized and analytical, capable of using data to drive actions and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented, following procedures precisely
- Team player, willing to collaborate closely with team members and local teams
- Adaptable and resilient, able to handle unforeseen events to reach goals
- Excellent communicator with clear and effective communication skills
- Fluent in English; fluency in French or Spanish is highly desirable
