ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Expansion & Real Estate Specialist within the Operations Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our global footprint. This central role focuses on developing and executing strategies related to market research, depot expansion, network design, and the real estate operating model - ensuring alignment with broader operational, financial, and customer experience goals.

Reporting directly to the Operations Strategy Director, this role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across regional functions and direct engagement with local teams to ensure the successful rollout of initiatives across countries.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Drive Network Expansion Strategy Lead the strategic planning of depot growth across regions, identifying priority geographies, optimal site typologies, and expansion timing based on business projections and operational needs.
• Own Location Evaluation Models Develop and refine
  - making frameworks and tools (e. g. , demand models, breakeven and ROI analyses,
  -
  - buy evaluations) to guide real estate and expansion decisions.
• Coordinate Real Estate Projects Work
  - functionally to manage site opening projects from concept to
  - live, ensuring alignment across regional functions and local operations.
• Design Standard Frameworks Create and maintain scalable operating models, guidelines, and playbooks covering location rollout,
  - out standards, zoning/permit processes, and lease negotiations.
• Monitor Performance and Optimize the Network Track
  - level KPIs to evaluate network performance and recommend reconfigurations, upgrades, relocations, or closures as needed.
• Mentor and Lead Provide guidance to regional operations analysts involved in expansion and real estate initiatives, fostering their development and ensuring

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or a similar role within a
  - paced,
  - heavy, or real
  - intensive environment.
• Strong experience in
  - site or real estate expansion projects, ideally in the retail, logistics, mobility, or hospitality sectors.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with a track record of leading or supporting complex location and investment decisions.
• Solid operational understanding of lease management, permitting, zoning, and capex project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working
  - functionally and across cultures.
• Highly organized,
  - driven, and capable of bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
