We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us as Operations Supervisor - Saldanha Residence, Picoas Plaza, Mercado Bom Sucesso & Peninsula Boutique.

Workplace: Lisboa

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering fields is a plus.
• Previous experience managing operations, preferably in Shopping Centre or Hospitality sectors.
• Skilled in working with providers and contractors, ensuring their service levels.
• Ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong
  - solving and communication skills.
• Results-oriented and resilient.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Shopping Centre Management Team in operational and administrative management of Saldanha Residence, Picoas Plaza, Mercado Bom Sucesso (Porto), and Peninsula Boutique Center (Porto).
• Supervise daily operations, including Security, Cleaning, and Maintenance, setting priorities and ensuring proper resource deployment.
• Assist in preparing the annual Investment Plan.
• Prepare reports for owners and management to monitor business results.
