As a Team Leader in the manufacturing departments (CAL or SMD), you will play a vital role in the production of
- tech, complex solutions. You will be responsible for leading various teams, ensuring that production runs smoothly. Your leadership will drive the team in terms of output, quality, and continuous improvement. By strategically assigning the right people to the right positions, you guarantee that our daily planning is consistently met.
Depending on your expertise and interest, you will contribute within either the CAL or SMD department.
Responsibilities
Inspire and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
Monitor production progress and adjust where necessary to meet targets.
Oversee daily execution and report to management.
Optimize allocation of personnel, machines, and materials.
Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews; interview new employees.
Identify and improve quality aspects in highly complex products.
Lead 5S initiatives and drive improvement processes on the production floor.
CAL Department
Here,
- hole electronic components are placed on printed circuit boards (PCBs) both manually and automatically. After placement, the boards go through selective wave soldering, quality checks via ATI machines, and detailed manual inspections. CAL is unique in designing its own custom fixtures and thoroughly testing every PCBA after soldering.
SMD Department
In SMD, thousands of tiny electronic components are automatically placed on PCBs with extreme speed and precision. The process involves solder paste printing,
- speed

- place machines, reflow ovens, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems. This department is essential for producing advanced electronics that power tomorrow’s innovations.
What do you bring?
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing.
MBO+ knowledge in Technical or Industrial Engineering (through education or experience).
HR skills: performance evaluation, coaching, and personal development plans (PDPs).
Strong leadership abilities to inspire, influence, and guide teams toward common goals.
Interest in daily performance management and process improvement.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in two shifts:
Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00 (Fridays until 20:30)
