We are looking for an Operations Technician with expertise in Networks, Systems, & Infrastructure !

Mission: Company in the media and digital streaming content sector, with operations based on
- edge technology and highly technical broadcasting and distribution services. We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced and autonomous professional with strong technical skills and an integrated view of infrastructure.

The Operations Technician will be responsible for ensuring the operation and continuous evolution of the company's network, systems, and cloud infrastructures. They will work in
- critical environments, collaborating with technology partners and strategic suppliers in the design of robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.

Responsabilities:

• Operation and maintenance of operating systems (Linux/Windows), virtualization platforms, and application services.
• Administration of IP networks, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity equipment (LAN/WAN/VLANs).
• Monitoring and resolution of incidents in a
  - availability environment and broadcast support.
• Support in the design and implementation of data center solutions, including integration with streaming platforms and infrastructure providers (connectivity, security, DR, etc. ).
• Active participation in the management and evolution of cloud environments (public, private, or hybrid), with a focus on integration with existing systems.
• Ensuring the application of best practices in security, service continuity, and technical documentation.
• Collaboration with internal and external technical teams, acting as an operational and technological liaison.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the media/television/streaming sector.
• Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• IP networks and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPN);
• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, or equivalents);
• Network security and firewall management (e. g. , Cisco, Fortinet);
• Monitoring and alerting solutions (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc. );
• Cloud environments (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including integration and hybrid operations.
• Previous experience with OTT platforms, content distribution, and broadcasting services (Plus).
• Relevant technical certifications (CCNA, Fortinet NSE, MCSA, LPIC, among others) (Plus).
• Knowledge of best practices in information security and business continuity (e. g. , ISO 27001, ITIL, etc. ) (Plus). .
• Ability to work on call outside regular hours when necessary.
• High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and
  - solving orientation;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and make decisions in a continuous production environment.
• Good level of english.
