Right now, we are looking for a Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor alerts generated by monitoring tools in real time (e. G. , Zabbix, Solarwind, Control-M, Nimsoft);
  
  
• Experience in batch processes;
  
  
• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
  
  
• Computer skillsin Windows and Unix/Linux environments;
  
  
• Knowledge of structured networks, TCP/IP.

You must have:

• 12th grade academic level in IT as minimum requirement (plus);
  
  
• 2+ years of experience in Monitoring Engineering roles using Enterprise Monitoring tools;
  
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and technical English knowledge;
  
  
• Availability for 24/7 shift work.
