Right now, we are looking for a Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities include:
Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
Ensure the resolution of incidents at 1st line level related to infrastructure, networks, applications and security, or escalation to 2nd and 3rd lines, following KB;
Experience in monitoring, in various tools (Infrastructure, Network & Applications Operating Center) and SOC (Security Operations Center);
Knowledge of cybersecurity;
Knowledge of monitoring and orchestration software;
Experience in managing and supervising support systems for electricity network distribution operators (optional);
Knowledge of hardware, servers, TCP/IP networks and operating systems;
Experience in
- line functions in the SOC area, with at least 2 years experience.
You must have:
Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade in IT (valued);
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese;
Availability to work shifts 24*7.
