Responsibilities:
Our team manages tickets related to electric vehicle chargers across different markets, coordinates and supports local teams, interacts with suppliers, and ensures the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Additionally, we develop new processes to optimize operations. We are looking for a junior profile with analytical skills and a structured mindset to support internal projects and propose solutions for operational challenges. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the team in managing and analyzing tickets, identifying patterns and opportunities for optimization.
- Proposing and implementing improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Managing and following up on internal projects, ensuring their implementation and progress.
- Collaborating with field teams, suppliers, and other departments to optimize processes and solve challenges.
- Contributing to task and report automation.
- Supporting spare parts management by monitoring stock levels, analyzing consumption, and optimizing logistics.
- Assisting in process documentation and creating best practice guides.
The Candidate we are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Analytical skills and a
- solving mindset. - Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in electric mobility and technology (preferred).
- Fluency in Portuguese & English (French, Spanish, and Polish are a plus).
