About the role

This is a professional internship, designed as a great opportunity for junior candidates eager to gain
- on experience in training operations. It offers the chance to develop essential skills while working closely with a dynamic team and engaging in
- world projects.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Support the implementation the training programs and its execution and monitoring;
• Guarantee learning sessions administrative and operational support;
• Monitor training effectiveness and reporting, in articulation with Knowledge Leads, BU Training Advisors and Trainers;
• Deliver and monitor training assessment compilation and reporting.

What are we looking for?

• MS Office as a user;
• Good communication skills;
• Proactive mindset;
• Previous experience in training support (operational and administrative) is valued.
