Operator Call Center English + German Or French
Dear applicantt, the role of the Operator is to handle the requests from customers and our employees, as well as ensuring correct information is collected in our Platform to enable the smooth planning, execution and billing of our services:
-Ensure services are accepted by our employees in a timely manner
-Troubleshoot issues with execution such as accessibility
-Check-in with customers at onboarding
-Process damages and quality issues
-Process absences according to defined absence guidelines
-Ensure customers have up to date payment information
-Answer employees questions regarding contracts and payroll
-Provide feedback to employees regarding their performance, escalating where required
-Trigger the changes to employees' contracts
-Contribute to the planning and execution of employees and customer events
-Make weekly calls to all your employees
-Make calls to clients to follow up on quality of services
-Double check that all new employees have updated availability on our platform
You are:

You speak fluently english + French or German
