To act as a catalyst across the entire station network with a strong and
- oriented mindset;

To leverage the potential of the teams to maximize both sales and service performance at the stations.

To increase revenue in all counter sales through:

• Reservations made at the counter / Ancillary sales / Walk-in Rentals

Key Areas of Responsibility

Ensure continuous monitoring of results by station, RSA, product, and business segment.

Provide constant coaching and training to Station Managers through a
-
- one process to:

• Develop coaching skills in Station Managers;
• Enhance sales management knowledge and identify business opportunities;
• Analyze RSA actions;
• Set weekly forecasts;
• Plan daily activities;
• Review blueprint actions regularly;
• Implement operational actions to increase ARPD;
• Provide feedback, set goals, and objectives during station visits;
• Report after each station visit via email to the Group, Country Revenue Manager, and Operations Director;
• Monitor sales coaching conducted by Station Managers;
• Conduct biweekly and monthly analysis of each Rental Agent;
• Stimulate sales through activities like internal competitions;
• Deliver local training to increase and develop counter sales;
• Maintain motivation and build confidence in the sales process to handle customer objections positively;
• Perform ongoing coaching and station monitoring;
• Coordinate and send all training documentation to the Training Manager via email or Drive.

Manage time effectively to ensure task completion.

Be available to travel within the country up to 50% of the time.

Perform tasks with high quality, attention to detail, and precision.

Skills and Experience

• Position based in Porto with the ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time;
• High School diploma or equivalent;
• At least 2+ years of experience, preferably in a similar role or industry;
• Solid knowledge of the car rental business is preferred;
• Leadership skills, preferably with prior leadership experience;
• Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
