Ops Performance Coach
To act as a catalyst across the entire station network with a strong and clear focus on results;
To leverage the potential of the teams to maximize both sales and service performance at the stations.
To increase revenue in all counter sales through:
- Reservations at the counter / Ancillary sales / Walk-in Rentals
Key Areas of Responsibility
To ensure continuous monitoring of results by station, by RSA, by product, and by business segment.
To provide ongoing coaching and training to Station Managers through a

- one process, aiming to:
- Develop coaching skills in Station Managers;
- Enhance sales management knowledge and the ability to identify business opportunities;
- Analyze RSA actions effectively;
- Set weekly forecasts;
- Plan daily activities;
- Regularly review blueprint actions;
- Implement other operational activities to increase ARPD;
- Provide feedback and set goals during station visits;
- Post-visit, send a standard report via email to the Group, Country Revenue Manager, and Operations Director;
- Monitor sales coaching activities conducted by Station Managers;
- Conduct biweekly and monthly analyses of each Rental Agent;
- Stimulate sales through activities like internal competitions;
- Deliver local training to enhance counter sales;
- Maintain motivation and confidence in the sales process to handle customer objections positively;
- Perform continuous coaching and station monitoring;
- Coordinate and share training documentation with the Training Manager via email or Drive.
Manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently.
Be available to travel within the country approximately 50% of the time.
Perform all tasks with high quality, attention to detail, and precision.
Skills and Experience
- Position based in Porto; ability to travel domestically 50% of the time;
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role or industry;
- Solid knowledge of the car rental business is preferred;
- Leadership skills, preferably with prior experience;
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
