Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations Engineer (OIC/SQL) – Build & Run
We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations Engineer to join a team responsible for designing, implementing, and operating integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM. The role covers both Build (projects, enhancements, new workflows) and Run (supervision, maintenance, continuous improvement) activities, ensuring reliable and secure HR data flows across multiple systems in an international and regulated environment.

Role Overview
You will develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), working with Oracle HCM Core HR and related modules. The position involves building new interfaces, optimizing existing ones, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth communication between Oracle HCM and surrounding systems such as payroll, IAM, finance, data warehouse, and other business applications.
You will also handle special cases that require HDL/HSDL bulk data uploads or BI Publisher custom extractions when standard tools are not sufficient.
Beyond development, you will actively participate in requirement gathering with HR and IT teams, secure and document data flows, contribute to architecture and data governance reviews, and ensure reliable operations through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations in Oracle Cloud HCM using OIC.
• Manage Build and Run activities for all interfaces connected to HCM.
• Handle edge cases using HDL/HSDL files and BI Publisher.
• Coordinate with HR and IT teams to formalize functional and technical requirements.
• Secure data exchanges (authentication, encryption, GDPR compliance).
• Document and industrialize all deliverables following best practices.
• Contribute to architecture and data review processes.
• Monitor and supervise integrations to anticipate issues and ensure high service quality.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
• 4–7 years of experience in application integration.
• At least 2 years working with Oracle Integration Cloud (or equivalent i
Paa
S).
• 3+ years with SQL/ETL.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (minimum Core HR).
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
