Brief description of the position and its mission:
- The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM using the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) tool.
- It covers both the Build (projects, developments, new flows) and Run (supervision, maintenance, continuous improvement) of interfaces between Oracle HRIS and internal or external systems (payroll, IAM, finance, data warehouse, business applications).
- The objective is to ensure the fluidity and reliability of HR data exchanges in an international and regulated context, based on Oracle standards (OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP API).
- The role also includes managing special cases or “edge cases” requiring the use of HDL/HSDL files for mass uploads, or BI Publisher for targeted extractions not covered by standard tools.
Beyond technical development, the role involves:
- formalizing requirements with the HR and IT teams,
- securing data flows (authentication, encryption, GDPR),
- documenting and industrializing deliverables,
- participating in architecture and data reviews,
- and proactive supervision to anticipate incidents and guarantee service quality.
The position is part of a process of continuous improvement and automation, with a strong contribution to the operational reliability of the HR domain and the interoperability of the information system.
