We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Senior Consultant with:

• Strong experience in application integration, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent i
Paa

• Solid background in Oracle Cloud HCM integrations (Core HR minimum)

• Expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation

• Experience with Oracle standards: OIC, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs

• Ability to design, build, and run integrations between HCM and systems such as payroll, IAM, finance, and data warehouse

• Knowledge of secure data exchanges (authentication, encryption, GDPR compliance)

• Experience handling complex and
- case integrations (bulk loads, custom extractions)

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution industrialization

• Participation in architecture and data reviews

• Proactive monitoring, incident prevention, and continuous improvement mindset

Location: Lisbon - Hybrid

Level of Experience: Senior (+4 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1, 250 to €2, 500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
