We are looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Eligibility:

• Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
• Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
• Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud as part of a
  - scale corporate planning tool initiative.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Lead and support workshops,
  - gap analysis, and business process documentation.
• Configure Oracle EPM modules including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and validate configurations, metadata, dashboards, and business rules.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and produce
  - user training and functional documentation.
• Provide hypercare support
  -
  - live and ensure solution adoption.
• Stay current on Oracle EPM updates and recommend best practices.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and IT teams.
• Deliver work in Agile sprints (5-day cycles) with planning and review ceremonies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, including at least one
  - cycle implementation with modules like PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS.
• Demonstrated
  - on configuration of PBCS workflows and workforce management, plus at least one of the following:
• FCCS
• ARCS
• EDMCS
• At least 24 months of EPM implementation experience in the last 5 years.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP or HCM systems (2+ projects).
• Strong understanding of Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, FDMEE/Data Management.
• Background in consulting or participation in large transformation projects.
• Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.

Skills:

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Previous exposure to public sector or international organisations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to write functional design documents and translate business requirements into system configuration.
• Familiarity with security models, access controls, and audit compliance in EPM.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/SQL*Plus and version control practices.
• Exposure to scripting tools like Groovy, Calc Manager, and EPM Automate is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
