Oracle HCM Functional Expert (6-month contract)

Role Overview:
The HRIS Specialist – Functional Expert is responsible for providing professional, comprehensive functional support and HR process expertise for the Oracle HCM solution. The goal is to ensure timely issue resolution and process enhancement, supporting the transition of Oracle HCM to Redwood.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and requests for Oracle HCM at a global level (e. g. , Core HR, Absences, Goals, Compensation) within SLAs or escalating to Application Management Support.
- Deliver
- level support in the functional area for Oracle HCM, HR processes, user and data management, and data expertise. - Proactively identify opportunities for HR process and system improvements, help implement them, and work towards improving Oracle HCM NPS scores.
- Manage escalated tickets efficiently, coordinate with internal teams for early resolution within SLAs, aligned with system setup, security, and HR processes.
- Perform comprehensive testing of issue fixes and new releases.
- Collaborate closely with
- functional and geographical teams to provide excellent support, leveraging partnerships to enhance HR processes, data accuracy, and system management. - Work with the Knowledge Manager to create and maintain knowledge content, identify knowledge gaps, and promote learning among HR key users.
- Support the transition to Redwood.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of
- on experience in Oracle HRIS administration and support, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HR. - Experience resolving Tier 1 issues using ticketing tools.
- HR professional experience is a plus to understand HR processes.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for process and technical issues, with the ability to implement solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Ability to think conceptually and possess strong organizational skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
