• Design, build, and operate integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM, using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle HCM and internal/external systems (payroll, IAM, finance, data warehouse, business applications).
• Support both Build (projects, enhancements) and Run (monitoring, maintenance, continuous improvement) activities.
• Handle
  - standard integration scenarios using HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Consume and expose REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure secure, compliant data flows (authentication, encryption, GDPR).
• Monitor integrations proactively to prevent incidents and ensure service quality.
• Document and standardize integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in application integration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent i

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL and ETL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, at least Core HR.
• Experience with HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration security and data protection principles.
