Location: Portugal (onsite)

Company: A2F Consulting is an international firm with teams in Germany, the US, and Portugal, providing management advisory and IT solutions primarily to the financial sector in emerging markets.

Role Overview: This position involves
- end and
- end development, data analysis, and collaboration with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Java
  Script.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Create reports, dashboards, and interactive pages for business
  - making.
• Test, debug, and document applications and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years of ICT experience, financial sector experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year as an Oracle APEX developer.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java
  Script).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Legally eligible to work in Portugal.
