What do you need to become a SMART Senior Project/Program Manager?

• 12+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management, leading complex enterprise initiatives;
  
  
• Proven track record managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrades, ideally version 12. 2;
  
  
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, upgrade methodologies, and integrations;
  
  
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and infrastructure);
  
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Portuguese and English;
  
  
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities;
  
  
• Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks;
  
  
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle-related credentials are a plus.

What will you do as a SMART Senior Project/Program Manager?

• Engage with client and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
  
  
• Developand maintain project plans, governance frameworks, and risk registers;
  
  
• Communicate progress clearly through regular status meetings and reports to senior leadership;
  
  
• Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
  
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory standards;
  
  
• Drive success by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
