We are seeking an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Technical Management Lead to join our team and help us develop new customer relationships, business, and network. Our new colleague will lead initiatives and engage with potential clients to build new business for the company and upsell/cross-sell in existing accounts.

Requirements
You Are / You Have
- A strong network in the Telecommunications industry.
- Passion for teamwork and leadership.

- A passion for technology and solid Telco industry knowledge is a big plus.
- Flexible and creative.
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Oracle Siebel CRM implementation, customization, and technical leadership roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in Oracle Siebel CRM and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Certification in Oracle Siebel CRM or related technologies is a plus.
You will
- Lead the technical implementation and customization of Oracle Siebel CRM projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets with a focus on technical aspects.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Oracle Siebel CRM development and implementation.
- Mentor and coach technical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Siebel CRM with other systems and applications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Oracle Siebel CRM technology and incorporate them into project strategies.
