YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Order Desk Analyst to integrate a project for one of our clients:

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of
  - functional parts.
• Act as the end customers’ point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least B2 level at English OR Spanish language.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
• Availability of working in shifts.

• Sense of responsibility, pro‑activity and dynamism.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability for hybrid work.
