Job Description:

• You are responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders via email or
  - shop from existing customers using SAP.
• You will inform and provide solutions to customers regarding failed or aborted deliveries, and organize urgent deliveries in critical situations.
• Inform customers by telephone or email about changes in products, quantities, and any anticipated delays.
• Handle all complaints related to shipments.
• Coordinate with planning and transport teams to resolve urgent customer requests.
• Verify incorrect customer requests and invoices when necessary.
• Coordinate with Back Office and Credit teams to update addresses, credit limits, and product prices.
• Ensure proper processing of deliveries rejected by customers.

What makes you great:

• You have a High School Degree.
• You speak native or C2 Dutch, and English at B1 level is preferred.
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge is preferred.
• You are proactive and focused on prompt responses.
• You are data accurate and
  - oriented.
