Order Entry Representative (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• You are responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders via email or
  - shop from existing customers on SAP.
• You will inform/provide solutions to customers regarding failed or aborted deliveries and organize urgent deliveries in critical situations.
• Inform customers by telephone or email about changes in products, quantities, and any delays.
• Handle complaints regarding shipments.
• Coordinate urgent requests with planning and transport teams.
• Verify incorrect customer requests and invoices if needed.
• Check with Back Office and credit teams for address updates, credit limits, and pricing.
• Ensure proper processing of rejected deliveries.

What makes you great

• You have a High School Degree.
• You speak native or C2 Dutch, and English at B1 level is preferred.
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge is preferred.
• You are proactive and respond promptly to actions.
• You are data accurate and
  - oriented.
