What you will enjoy doing

• You are responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders via email or
  - shop from existing customers on SAP.
• You will inform and provide solutions to customers regarding failed or aborted deliveries and organize urgent deliveries in critical situations.
• Communicating with customers by telephone or email about changes in products, quantities, and anticipated delays is part of your role.
• You will handle all complaints related to shipments.
• You will coordinate urgent customer requests with planning and transport teams.
• You will check for incorrect customer requests and invoices if required.
• You will liaise with Back Office and Credit teams to update or include addresses, credit limits, and product prices.
• You will ensure proper processing of deliveries rejected by customers.

What makes you great

• You have a High School Degree.
• You speak native or C2 Dutch, and English at B1 level is preferred.
• SAP / ERP basic knowledge is preferred.
• You are proactive and focused on prompt responses.
• You are data accurate and
  - oriented.
