A Snapshot of Your Day

You will organize your schedule with dashboards that identify the need for GIS product service orders across various regions. Your main tasks will include creating and processing
- quality service orders according to established procedures for our global and regional clients and partners. This involves engaging with different departments and regional customers, demonstrating your ability to navigate multicultural interactions within a team environment. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to optimizing the team's operational processes.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Execute service orders for the Gas Insulated Switchgear portfolio, following guidelines to support international hubs, regions, and customers.
• Coordinate as the key liaison with regional customers, internal teams, and suppliers, managing service order execution independently.
• Maintain timely communication with relevant regions or customers regarding order status and timelines to meet deadlines for tenders or proposals.
• Engage routinely with various regions to understand and secure order forecasts.

What You Bring

• Completion of a course in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Early professional experience in Medium-/HV switchgear, preferably in offer/order execution or field services of GIS.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
• High willingness to learn,
  - initiative, and an independent work style.
• Fluent English; proficiency in German is a plus.
