Compramososeucarro. pt - Digital and physical channel for quick purchase of cars from individuals.

AUTO1.com - Digital channel for buying and selling cars to professionals in the automotive sector.

As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our team with a Logistics Administrative role.

Responsibilities:

• Independently coordinate national and international transport from its point of departure to the final customer, carrying out continuous
  - up of KPIs with internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Oversee and optimize capacity and stock management of our branches and logistics centers, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Resolve incidents related to vehicles, special routes, billing to customers, etc.
• Perform comparative analysis of different logistics alternatives.
• Report actions to the Berlin headquarters (HQ) and other countries where AUTO1 Group operates.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination, preferably in an international environment.
• [Mandatory] Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• [Mandatory] Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Dynamic profile with high adaptability.
