Licensed since November 25, 2016, Novo Verde operates under the authorization granted by the portuguese government. Our mission is to raise societal awareness about the importance of recycling through informative campaigns and publications.

Role Description

This is a
- time
- site role for an Order Fulfillment Officer located in Sintra. The Order Fulfillment Officer will be responsible for ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, maintaining accurate inventory records, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive approach to manage the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve order fulfillment processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, namely in Excel, and data management tools
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Enviroment Engineering or related field
• Good knowledge of Spanish and preferably English.
