In your new role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the
- facing supply chain function - Ensure timely processing of orders and forecasts in SAP
- Initiate all shipments, standard and
- standard
- time - Resolve issues and manage workflows concerning electronic messages from customers
- Highlight any issues in order confirmations to the responsible
- Collaborate with the Customer Logistic Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer product data such as material determination, substitutes, and exclusion list
- Handle consignment concepts by monitoring MRP runs, reconciling consignment stock
- Manage
- based concepts and maintain system tables and master data in SAP - Cooperate with Key Users on process & tools anomalies
- Actively drive and support process standardization,
- level process automation, and
-
- end process optimization - Support Internal Control testing and audit
- Support the team in achieving our corporate KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the Competence Centre team members in our CRM System ensuring all important SLAs are met
- Perform team tasks as needed to support the business
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in business management or a related discipline such as computer science, business studies, or supply chain management. Strong IT skills are a significant advantage
- Supply Chain/Operations emphasis or proven success & experience in Supply Chain Management environment
- Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is a bonus
- Experience using MS Office suite with focus on Excel functions including vlookups, pivot tables, and macros
- Knowledge of SAP ERP applications and CRM systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of Python scripts or Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with employees at all levels
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- A Zero Defect and Customer Service (internal) mindset
- Ability to identify and understand problems within own area and address solutions
- Proactive work approach with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
