Opportunity‑to‑Cash provides a variety of transactional and digital services – from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also offer services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and more.
Your mission will be:
- Be responsible for a group of customers and manage Sales and Purchase Orders;
- Book sales orders within the ERP system;
- Follow up "work in progress" orders and deliveries;
- Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers;
- Manage questions from customers and business units regarding Sales Orders;
- Act as the interface between customer and Siemens business units, warehouse, and factories;
- Ensure high‑level quality in all communication on behalf of Siemens with end customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with:
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Dutch – minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers);
- Proficiency in French is a nice to have;
- Basic knowledge of English is required to communicate with Siemens delivery centers;
- SAP knowledge (module MM/FI, SD) will be a plus;
- Enjoy working with several Siemens‑specific IT tools;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
- Service attitude, customer‑oriented and problem‑solving mindset;
- Strong communication skills (both orally and in writing);
- Your accuracy and ability to multi‑task will help you succeed;
- Strong work ethic – we always act in the name of Siemens.
