Your mission will be:
- Be responsible for a group of customers and manage Sales Orders
- Booking of sales orders within the ERP system
- Follow up on work in progress orders and deliveries
- Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers
- Manage questions from customers and business units with respect to Sales Orders
- Act as interface between customer and Siemens business units/warehouse/factories
- Ensure high level quality in all communication on behalf of Siemens with the end customer to guarantee satisfaction
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Proficiency in French – minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers)
- Basic knowledge of English to communicate with Siemens delivery centers
- SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, SD) a plus
- Enjoy working with several Siemens-specific IT tools
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Service mindset, customer oriented and
 - solving attitude
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Accuracy and ability to

- Strong work ethic in alignment with Siemens values
