C professionals and a global BPO partner to deliver and manage

C processes across regions. The role involves working in various Ot
C process areas and supporting Customer master data, with a focus on compliance with accounting standards, policies, SOX, and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ot
C Process delivery: Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance. - Manage process risk by adhering to policies and internal controls, comply with Ot
C guidelines, ensuring SOX controls are executed timely and accurately. - Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and related internal control documentation.
- Drive process improvement, support implementation of best practices and project management discipline.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit results and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
- Support training, accuracy and timely delivery of outputs.
- Engage with process owners and ESS Center colleagues to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain professional process documentation such as global SOPs and Regional Work Instructions in coordination with the Ot
C Global Process Owner.
- Support Internal Stakeholders: Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, align expectations and ensure an

- end approach to process change. - Administer a
- class customer service experience for customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. - Manage relationships through collaboration, negotiation, and influence.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related to Ot
C. - Minimum 3 years' experience in Ot
C processes. - Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages and Portuguese is valued.
- Experience with regional or global teams; audit experience valued.
- Strong math, analytical and systems skills; experience in data management and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain financial controls and lead process improvements with measurable impact.
- Leadership, strong oral and written communication, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Experience with SAP R/3 (SAP S/4 HANA, SAC valued). Experience in shared services or regional/global initiatives preferred.
