Responsibilities

• Support global Organization Management (OM) projects and their successful deployment
• Support the preparation and implementation of Reorganizations, including quality controls
• Act as a project member for OM-related automation & digitalization projects, like robotics process automation, implementation of new and enhancements of existing tools
• Define initiatives to monitor OM data quality and harmonization of processes
• Ensure updated OM knowledge documentation is available
• Support in designing OM training & enablement materials for various stakeholders
• Support management & peers with team initiatives planning, conduct &

Your Profile / Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, Communication Science, Marketing or a related field
• Passionate about organizational structures with an innovative and
  - solving mindset
• Affinity for data, tools, and their dependencies, understanding the importance of high data quality
• Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office tools
• Experience in a multinational work environment, HR or data maintenance would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP HCM would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, conceptual, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
