Position Summary
We are currently seeking an Organization Effectiveness Analyst who will develop tailored reports, conduct analyses, and provide insights on organizational effectiveness and structural cost situations for key customers. This role includes delivering a comprehensive system overview, making recommendations to various business units, collaborating on key transformation projects, and contributing to best practices in Organization Design and Change Management.
Responsibilities
- Consulting Support: Collaborate with the internal Organization Design team and other stakeholders to understand the data requirements and provide timely support. Assist Sr OD Consultants in the development of organization design strategies and recommendations based on data‑driven insights.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of internal data using available platforms (i. e. , Internal Benchmarking / OE / Agent Noon) and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to organization effectiveness. Provide accurate and reliable data to support decision‑making processes.
- Insights Generation: Generate actionable insights from reports analysis to support organization design projects and initiatives. Translate complex data into clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations for internal customers.
- Internal Platform Management: Collaborate with HRBPs, OE Consultants, and IT teams to enhance and optimize existing OE platforms & tools and troubleshoot any technical issues. Lead new development overtime.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively to internal customers and senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data analysis processes, methodologies, and tools. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in delivering organization design insights.
Qualifications
- Consulting: Prior experience in Consulting (as internal or external consultant) at "junior" or first management level ideally in the area of organization design or strategy.
- Data Analysis: Proven experience in conducting data analysis using various tools and platforms. Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using internal platforms and tools for data analysis and reporting. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT teams for platform management.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal customers, understand their needs, and provide timely support.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
- Proven record of successful remote stakeholder management in a matrix and multi‑cultural environment.
- Ability to quickly understand business needs, expectations and opportunities in an always evolving and changing scenario.
