About the Role

We are looking for an OSS & Network Analyst with proficiency in Fixed Core technologies and a strong interest in international telecommunications projects.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements in alignment with customer needs and project scope.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize needs, and identify gaps, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Perform functional and technical gap analysis to define solution features, configurations, business logic, and integrations.
• Produce and maintain Functional Design Documents, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Define integration flows, API impacts, and orchestration rules, ensuring traceability and stakeholder approval.
• Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing low‑level designs, and updating documentation based on feedback.
• Assist in solution transition, user acceptance testing, and warranty support.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities by responding to functional sections of RFPs/RFIs when required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Experience with Fixed Core configuration with at least one of Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei for more than 3 years, covering FTTH, WDM, MPLS, IP Routing, DOCSIS, Firewalls, DPIs, SDN, and Switching.
• Understanding of operational procedures for support and configuration.
• Knowledge of vendor data models.
• Experience producing technical and functional design documentation.
• Good communication skills for meetings and workshops with customers, architects, and development teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and scripting languages such as Python is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience as an analyst in IT/Telco delivery projects with functional analysis expertise.
• Knowledge and mindset of agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with TMForum Frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of architecture best practices and design patterns.
