Your contribution to something big:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for OT systems across our four plants worldwide
- Monitor and assess the security situation, identify vulnerabilities and threats for OT systems on plant level
- Performing risk analyses and creating security concepts for OT systems on plant level
- Planning and implementing security measures, including firewalls separating production networks from the corporate network, intrusion detection and access control to OT systems
- Conducting regular security audits and penetration tests for OT systems
- Train employees in the production organization in terms of security awareness and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially Chief Information Security Officer, Data Security Officer, Product Security Officer, in‑house IT and external partners to develop and implement security solutions on plant level
- Update and maintain security policies and procedures according to the latest developments in OT security and derived from corporate security strategy and policies
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in automation technology, computer science, information security or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in OT security in the manufacturing industry
- Sound knowledge in the areas of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems and access controls
- In‑depth IT knowledge in electronics manufacturing environment (such as stand‑alone test systems, industrial robots, SMT lines, automated warehouses, AGVs) with corresponding standards (e. g. ISO 62443, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Experience in carrying out risk analyses and security audits
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in an international team and good communication skills
- Fluency in English mandatory, basic knowledge of German language is an advantage
