Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for a strategic,
- on marketer who thrives on turning target accounts into engaged customers through intelligent, personalised outreach. This role is the critical link between Marketing and Sales, responsible for converting strategic accounts and qualified leads into
- value opportunities. You might be an SDR manager looking for a new challenge, a
- performing SDR who wants to take a step up, or a creative content marketer who wants to apply their work further down the funnel.
The Mission
You’ll run our full ABM engine, from 1-to-few campaigns to
- personalised 1-to-1 plays. You’ll research buying committees, craft messaging that resonates, manage our AI prospecting agents, and work directly with sales to accelerate the pipeline. You’ll build
- event outreach strategies for trade shows and manage our organic social media presence. You will attend large events in person to supplement our sales team presence. This isn't a role where you brief agencies or manage contractors, you're the one developing the strategy, doing the work, and tracking what works.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Sales Development (SDR)
- Qualify and follow up on MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), ensuring seamless handoff to the Sales team for demo scheduling
- Configure, monitor, and refine AI prospecting agents for both inbound and outbound prospecting
- Escalating
- potential conversations for human
- up - Occasionally execute direct, personalized communication with key
- makers using a
- channel approach (phone, email, and social). This requires comfort and confidence in initiating and sustaining
- level conversations. - Build
- event strategies and run webinar campaigns - Owns meetings booked KPI
Account-Based Marketing
- Conduct
- depth research on Target accounts to map stakeholders and identify buying committees. - Develop and execute highly personalized outreach campaigns, including custom messaging, direct mail, and tailored asset distribution.
- Track intent and signals and create strategies to engage decision makers
- Track account engagement and pipeline influence
Community & Social Engagement
- Collaborate on organic social media content calendar and creation to maintain brand visibility and engagement flow
- Community Management: Act as the voice of the brand across social channels, engaging with comments and managing community queries promptly and professionally
- Attends large events to represent Nezasa
Sales Enablement
- Create tactical sales support materials, including tailored email copy, custom landing pages, and sales battlecards/objection handling guides
- Provide
- specific competitive intelligence and briefing notes to the sales team ahead of key meetings
You'll Succeed If You
- Have 3-5+ years in B2B marketing, ABM, or sales development (Saa
S/enterprise tech preferred) - Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Have Native-level English fluency (written and spoken) with strong writing capability skills and can write compelling,
- focused copy in British English - Understand enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder dynamics
- Are comfortable with CRM/marketing automation tools (Hub
Spot experience a plus) - Can switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Enjoy working with AI tools and aren't afraid to experiment
- Are
- driven but know when gut instinct matters - Are comfortable with flexible hybrid working (office and remote)
- Are eligible to work in Portugal and are based within 0-2 hours travel distance of Lisbon
