The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on,
- driven, and
- focused Outbound Sales Manager to lead and scale our Business Development and Account Executive team. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own outbound sales, combining strategy and execution to drive new customer acquisition and strengthen our sales foundation. You’ll lead a lean, global team and help shape how we grow into a marketplace connecting factories and suppliers worldwide. This is a
- impact role for a builder who can roll up their sleeves, use data to drive decisions, and create scalable systems that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a small global team of BDRs and Account Executives to deliver consistent,
- quality pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Own outbound strategy — define ICPs, prospecting frameworks, outreach cadences, and messaging for e
Commerce and custom product
- makers. - Be
- on — join prospecting efforts, refine outreach sequences, and personally engage with key opportunities when needed. - Use data to drive performance — analyze activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics to uncover insights and optimize.
- Collaborate
- functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience. - Implement and optimize CRM and automation tools (Hub
Spot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc. ) for efficiency and visibility. - Develop playbooks, scripts, and cadences that enable consistency and scalability across the sales function.
- Recruit, train, and develop
- performing BDRs and AEs as the team grows. - Stay ahead of trends in e
Commerce, apparel, and manufacturing to keep outreach strategies sharp and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record building or leading lean,
- performing sales teams in startup or
- paced environments. - Experience in e
Commerce, apparel, or custom manufacturing is highly preferred. - Analytical and
- driven mindset — use numbers to inform coaching and strategy. - Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (Hub
Spot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc. ). - Self-starter and
- on builder who thrives in a remote, globally distributed team.
