We are seeking a motivated professional to join a dynamic team in the sales and digital marketing sector. The primary focus will be to contact potential clients, present tailored solutions, and support them through the onboarding process, ensuring engagement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Identify business opportunities and propose solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Apply consultative selling techniques and effective argumentation.
- Plan outreach strategies and handle objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve defined goals and targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or digital marketing.
- Comfortable with cold calling and working towards targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
- Strategic planning and strong communication skills.
- Aptitude for dealing with various client profiles and managing objections.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Employment contract with fixed salary and potential productivity bonuses.
