OutSystems | Tech Lead Lisboa

We are seeking an Out
Systems Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle of Out
Systems projects, lead and support a team of developers, drive solution design and architecture, and ensure the delivery of
- quality, scalable applications that align with our clients’ goals.

As a Tech Lead, you will also play a key role in backlog management, mentoring junior talent, conducting code reviews, and staying up to date with the latest platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for
  -
  - end Out
  Systems projects
• Design and validate scalable and
  - performing application architectures
• Manage the technical backlog and support the Product Owner in prioritization
• Perform technical analysis, estimates, and sprint planning
• Support and guide the development team throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Out
  Systems best practices
• Mentor and coach junior developers
• Act as the bridge between the development team and the Project/Engagement Manager
• Identify technical risks and ensure delivery quality through testing, POCs, and QA practices
• Contribute to functional and
  - functional solution design
• Promote continuous improvement, technical innovation, and knowledge sharing
• Stay up to date with the latest Out
  Systems features and industry trends
• Make technically sound decisions that positively impact the customer

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience with Out
  Systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role
• Out
  Systems Associate Tech Lead certification (other certifications are welcome)
• Strong
  - on experience with at least Out
  Systems Reactive and Mobile (ODC and Traditional Web is a good plus)
• Knowledge of. NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Java
  Script
• Skilled in task estimation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
• Experience in solution design, including documentation and risk identification
• Solid background in business analysis, with the ability to gather and validate requirements
• Experience ensuring delivery quality through testing strategies and code validation
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile ceremonies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and
  - resolution skills
• Proven ability to mentor and coach junior team members
• Fluent in English (mandatory); fluency in French is a plus
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to keep learning new tools and methodologies.
