? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development projects.
• Familiarity with Out
  Systems platform (training or
  - on exposure preferred).
• Understanding of integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs) and basic cloud principles (Azure/AWS).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex business needs into structured requirements.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with
  - functional team;
  
  
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn Out
  Systems capabilities and AI features to support innovation.

Preferred skills:

• Exposure to
  - code platforms and agile delivery methodologies.
• Awareness of AI-driven development tools and their application in business processes.
• Ability to create process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications.

? HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate functional needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure traceability and alignment with project goals.

Solution Support & Design Collaboration

• Work closely with Out
  Systems developers and architects to validate feasibility and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Assist in preparing wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams to support design discussions.
• Support adoption of Out
  Systems AI tools (AI Mentor, AI Agent Builder) by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and accelerate delivery.

Quality & Governance

• Ensure requirements comply with established Out
  Systems development guidelines and governance models.
• Participate in functional testing and UAT to validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Facilitate workshops and demos to gather feedback and drive stakeholder alignment.
