? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Around 4 years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in Out
  Systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and basic batch processing.
• Familiarity with utility industry processes (e. G. , Meter-to-Cash, asset management) (preferred).
• Exposure to agile methodologies and Dev
  Ops tools (Git, Azure Dev
  Ops, CI/CD pipelines).
• Out
  Systems Associate or Professional Developer certification preferred.

• Technical Delivery: Ability to configure and develop Out
  Systems applications effectively.
• Problem Solving: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with
  - functional teams.

• Continuous Learning: Eager to adopt new practices and improve technical skills.

? HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Develop Out
  Systems applications, integrations, and enhancements for
  - specific processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement coding standards and ensure secure design principles in all deliverables.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and apply fixes under guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through code optimization and adoption of best practices.
