Outsystems Support Analyst
**Position Description**:CGI is looking for a Support Analyst to join our team. **Your future duties and responsibilities**:Main responsabilities:
- Carry out customer functional or technical assistance and support through the processing of issues identified by Level1- Analyse issues and provide solutions as per quality, cost, and schedule
- Work in the resolution of incidents that require business/products/technical
- Analyse tickets logged at level1 and provide incident
- Analyse functional alerts escalated by Monitoring & service
- Create procedures for Level1- Manage an L2 support knowledge base to improve reactivity of
- Keep backlog of defects up to date and communicate
- Together with Build & Delivery, document Client environments
- Provide functional or technical expertise to BA according to his/her field of
- Produce functional documentation in the form of BRD and/or user
- Produce test plans and execute tests to certify release prior to client acceptance
- Accompany clients during acceptance phase to explain, clarify reported issues vs defined BRDs and in case of defects raise the defects to development team. - Perform training of clients when new releases are
- Participate in the Acceptance phase prior to launch of each release to validate new functionalities and of the functional requirements of the delivered solution. - Provide functional support to identify causes of problems and define the resolution with help of development team. - Be responsible for delivery & enhancement of project documentation. Update projects reference databases (Jira, Sharepoint, etc) together with the BPM during the development phase**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
