For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with Outsystems
• At least 5 years of professional experience leading teams
• Proven experience in managing an Out
  Systems Factory
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics
• At least 3 Outsystems certifications
• Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)
• Availability for a remote work model based in Portugal
