Role Overview:

We are looking for an Outsystems Tech Lead to join one of our biggest clients, a leading insurance company committed to innovation and digital transformation in the financial sector.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a key leadership role, guiding development teams, ensuring architectural consistency, and promoting best practices across projects. You will be the technical reference point, driving quality, scalability, and innovation in Outsystems solutions.

Location: Offices in Lisbon (Hybrid)

What you will do:

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards

• Governance of Outsystems development lines (On
Prem and Cloud Paa
S)

• Define and implement actions to reduce technical debt and improve code quality

• Design and develop core applications and components

• Provide technical guidance and support to teams

• Implement Dev
Ops processes and promote continuous improvement

What you are like:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Outsystems development

• Previous experience as Outsystems Tech Lead, Architect, or similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST services development

• Experience in Traditional Web and/or Reactive development

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to define solution architecture

• Familiarity with tools such as Al Mentor, Discovery, Lifetime, and Service
Center

• Leadership mindset, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
