What will be your role

We are looking for an experienced

Out
Systems Tech Lead

to join a prestigious client in the

energy sector

. This professional will be responsible for guiding technical teams, ensuring best practices across development lifecycles, and maintaining
- quality standards in Out
Systems application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support technical teams throughout the
  
  Out
  Systems application lifecycle
  
  , ensuring alignment with architectural and business goals.
• Define and validate
  
  technical analyses
  
  , provide guidance on
  
  best practices
  
  , and assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Conduct code reviews to guarantee code quality, maintainability, and compliance with established standards.
• Design and maintain
  
  reference architectures
  
  , supporting scalability, performance, and sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with teams to manage workloads, priorities, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with
  
  stakeholders
  
  , ensuring transparency and consistency in technical decisions.
• Supervise development activities while empowering technical teams to handle coding and implementation tasks.
• Demonstrate strong
  - solving skills and a proactive approach to investigating root causes and identifying actionable insights.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, contributing to shared goals and integrating diverse perspectives.

What should you bring to the team?

  5 years of experience
  
  in Out
  Systems.
• Previous experience in a leadership position.
• Experience in solution architecture and design within Out
  Systems platforms.
• Proven experience working in
  
  collaborative and global environments

• Strong
  
  analytical and
  - solving skills
  
  , with the ability to drive solutions and mentor others.
• Commitment to
  
  quality and delivery excellence
  
  .
• Proficiency in
  
  English
  
  (mandatory).
• Familiarity with
  
  Jira

  Confluence
  
  (valued).
• Comfortable working in Agile environments, with excellent organizational and communication skills for both technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week) at clients' offices in Lisbon.
