- Lead and manage a small team of engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, coaching, and career development. - Collaborate with the head of product to translate user needs into technical solutions and deliver impactful features. - While contributing code, take ultimate technical ownership for the team's deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. - Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, deployment processes, system architecture and technical decisions. - Foster a
- focused engineering culture centered on user value, technical excellence, and collaborative ownership for product success. - Advocate for developer experience and productivity by integrating AI-powered tools into development workflows. What you’ll

- up environment). - Experience building scalable and resilient systems across modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure. - Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers, with demonstrated team leadership experience. - Comfortable being
