Role Overview
As an
Owner Success Associate
, you will be the main point of contact for property owners, ensuring clear communication, smooth collaboration with internal teams, and exceptional service delivery. Your role is crucial in maintaining owner satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the
- term success of our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Respond to owner inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Example: Provide essential information regarding property performance, bookings, or processes in a timely and clear manner.
Facilitate communication between property owners and internal teams.
Example: Act as a bridge between owners and the operations team to coordinate maintenance or resolve
- related issues.
Document all interactions and cases with attention to detail.
Example: Log conversations, requests, and resolutions in the CRM to maintain accurate records and ensure
- up.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Example: Support colleagues during peak periods while managing individual owner accounts with accountability.
Take ownership of owner issues and ensure timely resolution.
Example: Investigate concerns, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary to deliver the best outcome for the owner.
Apply
- solving skills to enhance owner satisfaction.
Example: Identify recurring challenges, suggest process improvements, and proactively share insights with the team.
Adapt to evolving processes and tools.
Example: Stay up to date with new systems, workflows, and best practices to provide efficient and consistent support.
What You Need to Succeed
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles.
Excellent
- solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
Positive attitude in a
- paced environment.
