P2P Manager
Job Purpose :
The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the P2P process. The role also involves clarifying roles and responsibilities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
Core Responsibilities :
- Serve as a point of contact for the P2P team requiring guidance on
- standard transactions. - Implement standardized processes and procedures across the End-to-End Procure to Pay process.
- Maintain and update process governing documents.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to align objectives, priorities, and execution plans. - Create and execute action plans; monitor and report progress against objectives.
- Use metrics and compliance reports to identify and assess opportunities for improvement.
- Engage proactively with Category Leads, Procurement Leaders, Accounts Payable process leads, and others to identify root causes of issues impacting the P2P process.
- Work with change management leaders and stakeholders to identify training and communication needs.
- Provide
- level updates on project plans. - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and functions involved in the P2P process.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Ensure process maps and desktop procedures are relevant, accurate, and complete.
- Coordinate with the P2P GPO / Centre of Excellence (Co
E) to develop and promote

- class P2P processes and serve as a point of escalation for process end users. - Provide feedback for continuous improvement and champion new P2P processes to drive global standardization.
Other Specific Functions / Duties, Relationships & Metrics :
- Work closely with regional teams, including the BPO Lead, to identify improvement initiatives, best practices, standardization, and automation opportunities for the Optimization roadmap.
- Participate in
- sharing forums with other Leads across the group. - Coordinate feedback from Accounting / Treasury, FP&A, and Finance Business Partner teams regarding P2P outputs.
- Develop training materials related to business processes and systems.
- Support the design and enhancement of business processes, systems, Service Partnership Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Support external benchmarking to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, adjusting priorities as new initiatives arise.
